1. Do I install any software to claim my Proof of Participation?
   To claim, you need a wallet address. You can obtain a wallet address by downloading VeWorld from here. 
   
   

2. Do I need any special requirements to run the software?
   No, Proof of Participation is a responsive web application. It’s tested against some of the most widely adopted smartphones (buttons or images might not be displayed perfectly on smaller screens). 

Troubleshooting

1. I'm experiencing technical issues with the software. What should I do?
   If you encounter technical issues on your desktop, try the following:

   • Download VeWorld from your mobile.

   • Enter the website of the desired Proof of Participation on your favourite browser.

   • Proceed by selecting “I already have VeWorld”.

2. The software is running slow. How can I improve its performance?
   It’s common to experience slow network performance during events. To improve performance, consider:

   • Closing unnecessary programs.

   • Using another network (e.g. WiFi).

   • Getting outside.
